Michelle and Duncan’s engagement session turned into a multi day event with several locations and even video coverage. For part one we started under the Burrard Street Bridge for some urban style shots. This is such a great location as it offers the urban feel, but then there are also some great grasses and wildflowers that overlook Granville Island. We then headed to Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver, but I didn’t realize what a long hike it is to see the lighthouse. We then headed over to Whytecliff Park, but ended up losing light pretty fast.
For part 2 of their sesssion we chose a completely different setting; the Historic Stewart Farmhouse in South Surrey. This time Wayne Lam of Wanye’s World Studios joined us with his assistant. I’ve included a couple photos of them at work at the end of this post. Wayne is putting together a short promo video for me featuring this engagement session. I’m looking forward to sharing it with you! If you are looking for an amazing videographer Wayne is your man. He is professional, courteous and has all the talent and gear to produce high quality cinematography. Be sure to check out his site!
