I’ve been looking forward to photographing Carrie and Jesse’s wedding since they booked with me last Fall. My excitement was because of them being such a lovely couple and also because they were having their wedding and reception at Saar Bank Farm. The farm is nestled deep in the Sumas Valley and offers stunning panoramic views. The venue itself is a renovated hay loft in a former dairy barn. While the barn’s beauty is in the rustic quality of the untouched wood, the owners have given it some eclectic flair by adding some gorgeous chandeliers.
